Moments with X

Use the Customer engagement APIs for Moments to create and manage flows. These APIs support all the CPaaS X features.

Each flow has a specific CPaaS X identity (application and entity). When a flow generates messages, it uses this applicationId and entityId.

Integrate Moments into your platform by using the Embeddable customer engagement solution through iFrame. To do so, use the API key that is linked to a defined application and entity.
