Get started with Social Media

To get started with Social Media Posts, you need to connect your Facebook business accounts to your Infobip account. To enable these, contact your dedicated account manager or Support.

Integration with People

Social Media is now integrated with our customer data platform, People. Use the contact of the person who left a comment on the company's social media page for further engagement.

Key features

• Every new user who comments on any of the social media posts is checked whether they exist in People or not
• If the user does not exist, their People profile is created automatically
• Under the person profile, new contacts are displayed containing the related channel ID of that user
