AgentOS is the Infobip enterprise platform for AI-powered customer engagement. It brings together AI agents, automation, human support, analytics, and customer data into one connected system.

AgentOS includes five products:

  • AI Agents
  • Automation Studio
  • Inbox
  • Insights and Analytics
  • Customer Profiles

Each product handles a specific layer of customer interaction. All five share data and context so customers experience consistent, seamless interactions at every stage.

Additionally, Voice AI agents extend AI Agents with voice capabilities, enabling natural two-way conversations on voice calls using speech recognition and Generative AI.

Journey flows and chatbots handle the initial interaction. Automation Studio routes the conversation based on rules, triggers, and customer data from Customer Profiles.

Autonomous AI agents process the request using large language models, tools, and external integrations. They resolve the issue or escalate with full context.

Inbox handles human handoff
When a conversation requires human expertise, it transfers to Inbox with the complete history. Human agents respond with AI assistance from Inbox copilot.

Insights and Analytics tracks everything
Every interaction across all products feeds into Insights and Analytics, which reveals performance metrics, root causes, and AI-driven recommendations.
