Chatbot elements

Elements are the building blocks of dialogs in Chatbots. Each element performs a specific action or handles a specific interaction within a dialog. Add elements to dialogs by dragging and dropping them from the element panel on the left side of the chatbot editor.

Elements are organized into the following categories:

• Chatbot sends: Elements for messages sent by the chatbot to the end user
• Chatbot receives: Elements for receiving input from the end user
• Chatbot actions: Elements for performing actions within the chatbot flow
