Predefined templates
EARLY ACCESSPredefined templates are provided by Infobip and cover common use cases. They help you get started quickly without building a journey from scratch.
- Predefined templates cannot be deleted.
- Templates are available only for channels that are enabled in your Infobip account.
Examples of predefined templates
The following are examples of predefined Journey templates:
- Cart abandonment
- Survey
- Simple chatbot over Viber
- Payment and appointment reminders
- Promotional messages
- Welcome messages
Predefined templates page
The Predefined tab lists all predefined templates available for your account. To open the page, go to the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab) > Automation Studio > Journeys > Templates > Predefined tab.
- View available predefined templates.
- Search for a template: Use the Search box to search by template name or ID.
- Filter by template tags. Select the Filter icon.
- Sort templates. Select the Sort icon.
- Duplicate a template to create a custom template.
- Create a journey from a template.
Each template card shows:
- Message preview: A preview of the template content.
- Channels: The send channels used in the template (for example, Email send, SMS send, or Mobile Push send).
- Usage count: The number of journeys created from the template.
- Template ID: The unique identifier for the template.
- Name: The template name.
Create a journey from a predefined template
To create a journey from a predefined template:
- On the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab), go to Automation Studio > Journeys > Templates.
- Select Predefined.
- Find the required template.
- Select Use.
A new journey is created and is listed on the Journeys tab.
Create a custom template from a predefined template (Duplicate)
You can duplicate a predefined template to create a custom template.
- On the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab), go to Automation Studio > Journeys > Templates > Predefined tab.
- Find the required template.
- Select Duplicate.
The new template is created and is listed on the My Custom tab. Learn more about custom templates.
