Templates
EARLY ACCESSTemplates let you launch chatbots faster by starting from a pre-built conversation structure. Choose from Infobip-provided predefined templates or create your own custom templates for repeated use.
Access templates from Automation Studio > Chatbots > Templates.
Templates page
The Templates page is organized into two sub-tabs.
| Sub-tab | Description |

| Predefined | Ready-made templates created by Infobip for common use cases. |
| Custom | Templates saved from your own chatbots for reuse across your organization. |
Search and filter
Use the Search by name or description box to find templates. You can also narrow results using the following filter dropdowns.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Channels | Filter by the messaging channel the template is built for. |
| Languages | Filter by the language of the template content. |
| Industries | Filter by the industry or use case the template targets. |
| Creators | Filter by the user or organization that created the template. |
Template cards
Each template is displayed as a card showing the following information.

| Channel icon | The messaging channel the template is built for. |
| Name | The template name. |
| Language | The language of the template content. |
| Creator | The account user or organization that created the template. |
| Dialogs | The number of dialogs in the template. |
