This page lists the countries where RCS is available through Infobip and the requirements for launching an RCS agent in each market.

General requirements

The following requirements apply to all countries and carriers:

All URLs must be accessible. This includes the company or brand website, privacy policy, terms of service, sender launch video URL, and web opt-in URL or call-to-action screenshot URL.
A brand contact person email is required.

Brand verification: Accepted IDs and providers

Brands can be asked to provide a government-issued business identification number that can be verified against the legal name and address of the company. The type of identifier varies by country and provider.

Accepted business identifiers by country:

United Kingdom: Company Registration Number (CRN), verified against Companies House. Select United Kingdom in the country requirements list for acceptable alternatives if a CRN is not available.
United States: Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Canada: Business Number (BN) or Provincial Registry ID.
Other countries: A verifiable government-issued business identification number.
