Infobip offers reporting tools that give you full visibility into your communication performance: message-level debugging, delivery trend analysis, bulk data exports, programmatic metric queries, and real-time event streaming across every channel and service.

NOTE

For analytics built into AgentOS or the previous Customer Engagement Suite, see their product sections: AgentOS, or the Customer Engagement Suite analytics: Answers, Conversations, Moments, People. These are separate from the reporting tools covered in this section.

Tools and access methods [#tools]

Reports in Analyze [#reports-in-analyze]

If you have identified reports as the right tool, here is how the available report types are organized in the web interface.

Reports come in two forms: row-level reports export one record per message, call, or service request; aggregated reports group data by dimensions such as channel, country, or date. All reports are generated in the background: you submit a request and receive the output when processing completes. Reports can be downloaded from the portal, sent by email, or delivered automatically to an SFTP or FTP destination.

Report builders [#report-builders-reports-in-analyze]

There are two report builders, in two locations. Most report types use the original builder under Analyze > Reports, where each type has its own fixed form.

Delivery and traffic performance, financial, email sender reputation, and AgentOS reports all share one builder under Analyze > New reports. In that builder, you define a report in four sections:

  1. Channels and services: The channels and directions (inbound, outbound) to include.
  2. Period and schedule: The time range, and whether the report runs once or on a recurring schedule.
  3. Structure: The dimensions that group report rows, and the metrics calculated for each row.
  4. Filters: Conditions that narrow the data set before it is aggregated.

The options each section offers depend on the report type. The email sender reputation report covers email only, so it has no channel selection.

For status tracking and management actions, see Manage reports.

CategoryReportWhat it covers
Transaction-levelDetailed reportsEvery sent or received message, call, or service request with delivery status, timestamps, sender, error codes, and metadata.
Transaction-levelCommunication reportsSame transaction-level data scoped to specific campaigns or Journeys (Moments flows).
PerformanceDelivery and traffic performance reportCustom-built delivery and traffic report: choose channels and directions, then compose columns from dimensions and metrics.
PerformanceEmail sender reputation reportSPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication rates, sender score, Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS, and blocklist status.
Billing and usageFinancial reportsMessaging costs aggregated by channel, country, sender, and campaign. Supports multitenant dimensions (application, entity) for per-tenant cost breakdown.
AgentOSInbox (Conversations) reportsAgent performance, queues, surveys, channels, tags, and status logs.
AgentOSAgentOS reportsChannel delivery costs compared to AgentOS processing costs, split by engine type and Journey.
SignalsSignals reportsBlocked traffic volumes, blocked traffic ratio, and estimated savings from fraud prevention.

Which tool do I need [#which-tool]

All tools reflect near real-time data under normal conditions; processing may lag during periods of high traffic volume. Webhooks deliver events in real time as they happen.

** You submit the request and receive results when processing completes. Processing time varies with query size and complexity: simple queries complete quickly; large queries over long date ranges may take longer.
