Detailed reports
Detailed reports provide raw data at the individual transaction level across your communication channels and platform services. Each row represents one message, call, or service request with its delivery status, timing, error details, and metadata.
Use detailed reports when you need to:
- Track delivery status and outcome of individual messages, calls, and service requests
- Audit transaction-level data for compliance or investigation
- Investigate failures using status codes and error details
- Export raw data for external analysis or integration
For tracking within a specific campaign, use Communication reports. For per-message lookup and investigation, use Message logs. For real-time delivery status as it happens, use Webhooks. For aggregated delivery and engagement data, use the Delivery and traffic performance report.
Access and availability
Detailed reports require the Analyze Manager role. See account settings for role management.
With this role, you can view data for your account and related sub-accounts. If you log in as a sub-account, you see only your own account data.
For retention and full data availability details, see Reporting overview.
Coverage
Detailed reports cover the following channels and services:
Each row in the report covers account information, recipient, delivery status, error codes, sender details, direction, and campaign reference. Channel-specific fields are added on top. You can select only the columns you need. For the full column reference, see Detailed report column reference.
