ImportantAnalytics in Customer Profiles are only available on request. For more information, contact Support or your dedicated account manager.
Use Analytics to visualize your Customer Profiles data and gain insights into profile behavior, campaign performance, and advertising effectiveness.
To access Analytics, go to Customer Profiles → Analytics.
To use analytics, you must have:
- Person profiles integrated with Customer Profiles to store and manage end user data
- Events set up to track customer actions
