Tags

EARLY ACCESS

Tags are labels used to group profiles based on specific features or interests. Unlike segments, tags are static lists that change only when tags are manually assigned or removed.

Use tags to organize and categorize your customer profiles:

  • Group profiles - Group all profiles that have a specific tag to send targeted communication
  • Collect interaction data - Track user interactions such as page viewed or link clicked
  • Trigger events - Trigger Journey campaigns based on tag addition or removal
  • Segment profiles - Categorize end users based on behavior or characteristics

You can add multiple tags to a single profile, and the same tag can be applied to multiple profiles.
