Customer Profiles events
With Customer Profiles events, you can track personal profile changes with the help of custom attributes.
Customer Profiles events selected here will be used in triggered Journeys, analytics, segmentation, and person profile activity.
Custom attributes
Select custom attributes to track or clear selection to stop tracking.
Custom attributes are defined in the Person custom attributes section and can be tracked as events when their values change.
Standard attributes
Track changes to standard attributes in person profiles. Select the attributes you want to track or clear the selection to stop tracking.
- Name changes — Changes to a person's first, middle, and last names
- Location changes — Changes to address, city, and country
- Other changes — Changes to attributes such as date of birth
- Tag changes — Tag added to or removed from a profile
Contact information
Track changes to contact information in person profiles.
