Persons list

The persons list displays the following information:

• Name: Person full name
• Person type: Lead, customer, or agent. Learn about person types.
• Contact information: Primary contact details
• Channels: Available communication channels
• Last updated: Timestamp of most recent profile update

You can switch between summary view and list view to display person profiles. Use filters to refine the list and find specific profiles.

Select any profile to view the complete profile details including contact information, attributes, tags, and activity history.

To create new profiles, see Create person profile or Import person data. To export profiles, see Export person profiles.
