Companies list
EARLY ACCESSThe companies list displays the following information:
- Name: Company name
- Domains: Website domains associated with the company
- Segment: Audience segment for the company
- Persons: Number of person profiles associated with the company
- Last updated: Timestamp of the last modification to the company profile
You can use filters to refine the list and find specific companies. Select any company to view the complete company profile details including business information, websites, tags, and associated persons.
Select one or more companies to perform bulk actions.
Add to communication
Add all persons from the selected companies to a Journey or Broadcast in Journeys. When you add a company to communication, all person profiles associated with that company are included.
Add to Journey
- Select the companies you want to add.
- Select Add to communication.
- Select Journey.
- Choose whether to create a new Journey or add to a Journey:
- New Journey - Creates a new Journey with a Continuous entry point. The selected company members are automatically added to the audience.
- Existing Journey - Adds company members to an active Journey that has a Continuous entry point. Select the Journey from the list and select Add to Journey.
The persons associated with the selected companies are now included in the Journey audience.
Add to Broadcast
- Select the companies you want to add.
- Select Add to communication.
- Select Broadcast.
- Select the channel for the broadcast (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- The persons from the selected companies are automatically added to the Recipients field.
- Follow the instructions in Create broadcast to complete the broadcast setup.
Manage tags
Add or remove tags to categorize companies. Tags applied to a company are automatically inherited by all persons associated with that company.
- Select the companies you want to tag.
- Select Manage tags.
- Select Add tags.
- Choose from existing tags or create a new tag.
- Select Apply.
Customer Profiles adds the tags to the selected companies and all associated persons.
Delete a company
To delete a company profile:
- Go to Customer Profiles → Companies.
- Select the checkbox next to the company you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a company does not delete the associated person profiles. The persons remain in Customer Profiles but are no longer associated with the company.
