In Advertising performance, track your Click-to-WhatsApp advertising campaigns performance.

Track the performance of your click-to-WhatsApp advertising campaigns. Customer Profiles obtains campaign information from your Meta ads manager.

Prerequisites

To access Meta Ads Reporting for Infobip Business Messaging, you must connect your Facebook account.

Use the following filters to view your analytics:

Campaign - Select the campaign for which you want to view analytics. Only campaigns with a click-to-WhatsApp entry point are listed.
Target event - Select the event you want to track, such as added to cart, checkout started, purchase, lead created, or user registered
Conversion value - Select the value of the conversion, such as total revenue from conversions or the number of conversions
Time period - Select the date range for the report

The Meta advertising metrics table displays:

Column	Description
Campaign name	The name of the Meta advertising campaign with a click-to-WhatsApp entry point
Campaign ID	The unique identifier of the Meta campaign
Spent	The total cost of the campaign in the selected period
Impressions	The number of times your campaign's ads were displayed or viewed by the audience
Clicks	The number of clicks on your campaign's ads
Sessions	The number of WhatsApp sessions initiated from the ads
New profiles	The number of profiles created in Customer Profiles because of the campaign
Conversions	The number of target actions taken by end users within the last 7 days, such as purchase
Conversion value	The total value generated from conversions in the campaign
ROI	The revenue generated (Conversion value) to the cost of the campaign (Spent), displayed as a percentage. The ROI shows the efficiency of the ad campaign.

You can export the report to download the advertising performance data.
